Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website or placing an order.

Lone Wolf Engraving is a sole trader operating from Yorkshire.

2. Agreement
By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Your order and formation of a contract
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
4. Price and payment
- Prices are shown in GBP and include any statutory taxes where applicable.
- We are not registered for VAT.
- Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept major debit/credit cards and PayPal.
5. Personalised goods and cancellations
- Items personalised to your specification (including engraved wording, fonts and layouts) are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded simply because you changed your mind.
- If you need to amend wording, contact us promptly — we will do our best to accommodate changes before engraving begins.
6. Dispatch and delivery
- Typical dispatch time: 3–7 working days from order confirmation.
- We ship to UK addresses (reasonable defaults). Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and carrier.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.
7. Faulty items and returns
- If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@lonewolfengraving.co.uk with photos and order details.
- We will offer a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate. Return postage for faulty items will be covered by us.
- For non-faulty personalised items, returns are not accepted except at our discretion.
8. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame (typically up to 14 days after we accept the return).
- Refunds are limited to the cost of the goods and standard delivery charged on the order.
9. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any product is limited to the price paid for that product.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Intellectual property
- All website content, designs, logos and images are the intellectual property of Lone Wolf Engraving or used with permission. You may not reproduce them without written consent.
11. Privacy

12. Third-party links and services
- Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Changes to terms
